Obama Wins (in Tondo)
If the people of Tondo will be made to choose who will be the next president of the United States, the answer will Barrack Obama.
A US news team covering the government's subsidized rice distribution program (NFA rice) in Tondo was surprised when the locals started offering their opinion and preferences regarding the upcoming US presidential elections. Without being asked, a number of people approached the team at different times and gave their piece about US politics. Based on the crude and unofficial tally, Obama seems to be way ahead.
