Benguet.
3 days stay, food galore, sight seeing, mini cliff diving, etc..
Total expenses including fare = P2,500
The place is so cold at night towards early morning.
The water is cold all the time. You will need a water heater to take a bath even at 3PM.

That includes the P1,400 transport cost.
Take this, P100/meal (max) <-- And I wasn't trying to save. I actually spent to my heart's content.
Another Sagada adventurer actually told me that I spent a lot.

Ok,
Take the Bus to Benguet. = P700
Hire a jeep from Benguet to Sagada. We were 6 and we shelled something like P100/each.
** The road is terribly bad. Your car will look 10 years older if you bring it. I suggest you take an expedition or any tall vehicle. I saw a CRV and in my opinion, the driver had a bad time.
Upon reaching Sagada, there is a good system of taking care of tourists. Sign up in the tourist registry and ask about accommodations. A dormitory type hotel charges P100/night but the place is filled with many young back packers so it's noisy.
We got a place that charges P350/day per room and the room is good for 2. = P175/person per day.
Lot's of good food there!!!!
