In the front page, we have been featuring articles meant to help consumers from getting duped by unscrupulous beings. At this point, the articles are lumped together in the "Consumerism" category. We intend to continue with the aim of increasing the consumers' awareness of their rights and tools available to them.

Ok, let me start.

The automatic receipts that taxi drivers are supposed to issue to their passengers is taking quite sometime to be implemented. In this time of economic crisis, the public must be protected from these drivers who do not belong in the street.

I once ate at Mang Inasal Jupiter Branch in Makati. I ordered the usual: chicken inasal (thigh part), coke light and gizzard. I was very hungry that time I couldn't afford to wait that long. And when I noticed that it's been 15 minutes since I placed my order, I called the attention of this annoying waiter. He told me to wait for another 5 minutes. Fine. 5 minutes isn't that long to wait anyway. 5 minutes had passed and the same annoying waiter approached me. He told me that my order (thigh part) was out of stock. What the f*ck! I waited for 20 effing minutes to no avail?! They should have informed me the minute I am placing my order. They're supposed to keep track of their inventory right? Bastards. I was trying to be calm that time, but my temper has really swallowed my medula oblongata. I talked to the manager and asked for a refund. What a waste of time.

I'll never step foot on that place again. Poor service. Poor management. Hell.

Waaaah... nope, I'm really a consumer, if not satisfied.. Talagang kinakausap ko manager or call head ofc..
Sobrang tiyaga ko sa ganyan..

Here's the latest... Pizza Hut! Nangyari last 2 weeks
My kids and I decided to have early lunch, so trip lang namin mag pambahay, (pero siyempre matino naman..). So when we got there, ang tagal namin nakaupo sa dining table nila. Wala man lang pumapansin, to think ilan lang ang nag-dine in, 10:30 pa lang kasi! almost after 15mins...  Huh?

Next, he took the orders, dumating after 30 mins!!!! Huh? Huh?

Then, magbabayad na ako... ang OR, puro sulat pencil!! Huh?

So tumawag ako H.O, to report

Was able to talk with the Area Manager, she wants to meet me.. That day.. "On the house, sky is the limit.."

hahah...
