I would like to share my recipe with the forum.


This is easy and fast serving


Rolled Eggplant with Chicken Liver Pate


CHICKEN LIVER PATE


Ingredients:

500 gr chicken liver

1 big onion

1 tbsp cup cooking oil

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp. dried mix herbs

2 hard boiled eggs

salt and pepper


Method:

   1. Place chicken livers and chopped onions in a pan with oil.
   2. Saute gently until livers are not pink inside and onion is soft.
   3. When done blend the livers, onions, hard boiled eggs, mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper
       to taste and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
   4. Place into serving dish.
   5. Cover and chill.


Ingredients:

1 big eggplant

2 tbsp cooking oil

chicken liver pate


Method:

   1. Wash the eggplant and slice it thinly lengthwise into 8 pieces.
   2. Place the oil in a frying pan and heat
   3. Fry the eggplant and let it brown on both sides.
   4. Remove the eggplant from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain oil
   5. Take a slice of eggplant and place some chicken liver pate on it and roll the eggplant over it.


Serve and enjoy.

Try cooking the liver pate minus the talong!  Shocked
